REFUND AND EXCHANGE
No refund, return or exchange of products will be granted because every accessory is customized and unique for every customer. Since all accessories are 100% handmade, slight differences or defects may occur.
PRODUCTION TIME
All accessories are made to order with details and care, so generally it takes 2-3 weeks for standard production (depends upon materials in hand) once the payment is well received.

Urgent order service can be arranged upon discussion and additional fees may apply.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For HONG KONG local customers
Free shipping will be included and all items will be shipped via SF Express Delivery with a tracking number once the item is ready.
For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, UK, NEW ZEALAND, EUROPE & other international customers)
Free shipping applies to all purchases over USD100. Air Registered Mail will be used as standard shipping method and the delivery time is usually within 1-2 weeks with online tracking. Please take note that it might take a few more days to deliver to remote areas.
Custom fees or import duties might be assessed upon the arrival of an item to your destination country. Please understand that buyers are fully responsible for all these fees and our parcels will not be marked as a gift for a lesser purchase value.
